Bismillah Halal Restaurant

An absolute masterclass in flavor and service. "We had an incredible experience here last night. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt sophisticated yet welcoming. Every dish was a work of art—the Chicken kharahi and chicken charga with garlic naan was particularly stunning and perfectly balanced. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and the Masala tea pairings were spot on. This is easily one of the best meals I've had in a long time. As an long hual truck drivers we found this best food in town and when we left we had informed chef will order food again next day for lunch through skip the dishes.

Very tasty food. We were visiting montreal for a short while and decided to give Bismillah Halal restaurant a try. They were very welcoming. The food was delicious. The price was very reasonable. We ordered chapli kabab and biryani. Both were very good. I wanted biryani to be a little spicy, but while placing an order on the phone, I told them i am with little kids, which is why they kept spices mild (which I really appreciate). The chapli kabab had a good amount of meat, were juicy, and very tasty. The prices were cheaper than what we get in the GTA. The owner also asked us to visit again before leaving and try their special karahi. We really wanted to but somehow didn't get the time to go there again. We're back in the GTA but we still talk about those chapli kababs and that we should've tried the karahi too.. Maybe next time.

As a truck driver who’s always on the road, I can tell you, they served the best chicken karahi I ever had. The quantity and the quality of the food was top notch. The staff was amazing and provided exceptionally great service.

Menu: simple, not too items Cuisine: Pakistani cuisine, perfect and right blend of spice, not too much masala After taste: I ate a lot, forced myself to finish the plate to not waste food. However, I didn't feel bloated or heavy which is common in Indian restaurants. Price: fairly priced Service: Staff is courteous Halal: I felt this restaurant holds good status of Halal Restaurant. Most places these days identify as halal restaurantl because meat is Halal sourced. Quality of food, place, environment are equally important to identify a restaurant as Halal restaurant.

Visited the restaurant with my family and we all had a very pleasant experience! The restaurant itself was very clean and had a very cozy atmosphere. The food was really good specifically the karahi and the bbq options that they serve, reminded us of home. Would definitly recommened this place if youre looking for authentic and halal pakistani food. The staff is really nice and welcoming as well!

We were there for lunch as a family. We tried chicken fried rice, biriyani rice, beef korai achari and mango lassi. Everything was very tasty and served fresh. Portion size is also generous. They also gave us a nan bread. I must say that was one of the best nan breads I ever had in Montreal. It was fluffy, soft and perfectly cooked. Their service is also great. Definitely recommended if you are craving some tasty desi food.

The moment we sat down, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and top-notch customer service. We started with their fresh naan, straight from the tandoor—soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of crispness. The chicken karahi was a standout dish—cooked fresh to order with bold, authentic spices and tender chicken. Absolutely packed with flavor! We also tried the chapli kabob, which was clearly freshly made and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the care put into each dish. To wrap up our meal, we ordered their chaye, and wow, it was out of this world! Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving authentic Pakistani food in Montreal. Will definitely be coming back!

Such a great pakistani place! The owner Mr. Farhan was very welcoming. We had the chicken chapli kebab and the veal karahi with naan - it was so good! Great portions and perfectly seasoned. We are definitely coming back!
